Our front loader was leaking substainally. Billy was very responsive and prompt. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the leak, which was caused by a misdirected nozzle and a broken latch. The latch is no longer made by the manufacturer but he quickly sourced one for us. I thought for sure we would need a new gasket and appreciated Billy's professionalism in finding the true issues and letting us know the gasket was still good, which saved us money. Would definitely use Patriot again!
